Chocolate Classes

Oh! Chocolate regularly hosts Chocolate Classes at our Madison Park Chocolate Shop for those who want to know more about their favorite indulgence and for those who just want to “play in the chocolate!”

These classes are very popular and book up quickly. They are great fun for a group and as a company event or to treat a family member to a truly fun evening.

Students who are unfamiliar with working with chocolate, as well as advanced students, who truly enjoy it, are welcome. There is always something new to learn, especially from experienced Oh! Chocolate chocolatiers! Among the many chocolate fun facts students will learn, are fascinating ones regarding varietal chocolates and cacao bean percentages. During the “hands-on” segment of the class, students will learn to temper and dip in chocolate so their creations will have a professional look.

All in all, it is a relaxing, informative evening, and students always leave with a large box of chocolate goodies that they have made themselves!

The classes usually last from 1.5 to 2 hours.

The class is $75 per person. These classes regularly sell out. Here is our schedule for the start of 2012. Private classes are also available for groups of 12 to 18.
