We do not offer refunds but we will gladly replace your product. We do not accept returns.

How long can I keep your chocolate before it spoils?

We pride ourselves on the freshness of our product. Because of this freshness, they do deteriorate as any perishable product would do. We recommend that they are best enjoyed within 3 weeks for the best quality and freshness.

We recommend storing our chocolates at a cool room temperature of 68 degrees Fahrenheit.
