About our Fleur de Sel
According to Wikipedia: “Fleur de sel” (“Flower of salt” in French) is a hand-harvested sea salt collected by workers who scrape only the top layer of salt before it sinks to the bottom of large salt pans.[1] Traditional French fleur de sel is collected off the coast of Brittany most notably in the towns of Guérande (Fleur de Sel de Guérande being the most revered), but also in Noirmoutier, Ile de Ré and Camargue. It is an artisanal food product. Due to its relative scarcity, fleur de sel is one of the more expensive salts.” At Oh! Chocolate, you can be assured we use the real deal! You can only use the name “Fleur de Sel” if you use this hand-harvested salt from Brittany and it makes all the difference to the truffle!

Those chocolates – are more to the point, the way they’re presented – look a million dollars! Do you guys happen to ship products to Australia? We’ve got some nice chocolate companies here, obviously, but none come close in terms of presentation! I think most women ‘down under’ wouldn’t expect anything as nice as the chocolates pictures above from the men in their lives!

I actually tasted one of these from my friend who gave her the chocolates. They’re really good and would recommended them to guys looking for chocolates for their girls.
This is by far the best chocolate I have ever tasted, I can’t eat “chocolate bars” from the store anymore they don’t taste taste like chocolate. The Fleur de Sel caramels are my favorite.
