Our Guarantee

Oh! Chocolate guarantees that you will be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are unsatisfied, for any reason, simply contact us within 48 hours of product delivery. Oh! Chocolate, at its discretion, will determine the appropriate remedy, including a refund of payment or a reshipment of product.

Storage

Our chocolates are best enjoyed within three weeks for the best quality and freshness. We recommend storing our chocolates at a cool room temperature.

Shipping Information

Please note: Orders are not shipped the same day they are placed. Please allow 48 hours for us to process your order.

Special Handing

Oh! Chocolate ships within the United States.

Priority Shipping

During the cooler months, September 16 thru May 31, we ship via USPS, Monday thru Wednesday. Deliveries are generally made in 2-3 days. Please note, a package shipped on Wednesday could arrive on Saturday. Orders placed after 10 a.m. on Wednesdays, will be shipped the following Monday unless a special request is made in the "Special Delivery Instructions" during check out.

Overnight Delivery

Overnight orders placed before 10 a.m. PST, Monday thru Thursday, will be delivered the next Business Day. Overnight orders placed after 10 a.m. PST will be shipped the following Business Day for delivery the next day. Orders placed after 10 a.m. on Thursdays for Overnight Delivery, will be shipped the following Monday.

If a specific receiving date is required, please make a note of it in "Special Delivery Instructions" during check out.

Additional Information

Orders are shipped with a signature release and packages will be left at the door. Please ship to a business or work address or specify in "Special Delivery Instructions" if a signature is required for delivery. Oh! Chocolate is not responsible for missing or stolen packages. Oh! Chocolate office hours are Monday-Friday 10:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. PST. We are closed Saturdays, Sundays and major holidays.

Due to the perishable nature of our product, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

Please note: There is an additional charge for delivery to Alaska and Hawaii. There is an additional charge of $35 for Overnight delivery and Saturday delivery.

Forms of Payment

We accept only Mastercard and Visa. We do not accept personal checks or money orders.

To process payments online, we use Paypal. Paypal lets you pay with credit cards, bank accounts, debit cards and more. Paypal is the industry’s leader in safe, secure website transactions and offers buyers 100% protection against fraud. Our retail shops accept Visa and MasterCard.

INGREDIENTS: Chocolate, sugar, dairy cream, milk, butter, glucose, assorted nuts and fruits, coffee, fruit juice, molasses, honey, citrus peels, corn starch, citric acid, gelatin, salt, nature and artificial flavors, certified colors, cherries and dried fruit (contains sulfur dioxide, sodium benzoate & potassium sorbate). Some confections contain liquor and the alcohol content is one percent or less of the weight.

ALLERGENS: MAY CONTAIN TRACES OF PEANUTS, TREE NUTS, MILK, EGGS, SOYBEANS, SEEDS, WHEAT OR SULFITES.
