It is known that shipping chocolate is a delicate operation and it is expensive.

If you are a member of our Loyalty Club or an existing customer, you also benefit from further discounts and this can assist you to make your shopping experience a cost-effective one.
We take the greatest care in hand-packing and shipping your Oh! Chocolate order so that it arrives in the best condition for you to enjoy the freshness and delicious luxury taste of our chocolates. Upon request in the message section of your order, we’ll include a complimentary gift card with your personal message.
We ship via Fedex to all states except Alaska and Hawaii and APO addresses where we ship via USPS. If you want overnight or Saturday delivery, there is an extra charge and make sure you choose the correct option in our shopping cart. FedEx does not recognize Saturday and Sunday as “time in transit.” Please allow for extra time in shipping over the weekend or on a holiday when choosing your shipping method. For this reason, we cannot guarantee Monday delivery. You can also select a specific delivery date that works best for you. We ship Fedex Standard Shipping unless you request overnight. If you want a fast delivery service, we highly recommend that you choose overnight since we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates otherwise.
Signature Release Statement and Shipping Address (es):
FedEx has permission to leave a package at the delivery address when no one is available to sign for it. Please ensure that your have entered the correct shipping address before submitting your order. Oh! Chocolate is not responsible for orders delayed or returned due to incorrect or undeliverable addresses. We are also not responsible for missing, stolen or damaged packages after they are delivered to the address specified by the customer.
If you are sending a package to a loved one, make sure that they know this is due for delivery to avoid melting and spoiling.
US Only
We currently ship only to US addresses and no PO Boxes due to the delicate nature of our product.
We can ship to APO addresses provided the destination is in the US. We cannot mail to international military bases due to the delicate nature of our product.

Alaska and Hawaii
All orders are shipped via USPS to Alaska and Hawaii.
Orders
Orders received by 11 am PST Monday to Wednesday, will ship the same business day with the exception of peak holiday times ( December and February) when you must allow 5 extra business days for us to prepare your order and also during the warm summer months if your are shipping to a warm destination – see note below. Please note last ordering day for special holidays.
After 11 am PST, the order will ship the next available business day. Orders placed after 11 am PST Thursday, Friday, Saturday or Sunday will ship on Monday or the next available business day. Our Shipping Department is closed Fridays. Please see our shipping arrival schedule to determine when your order is due for arrival.
Future Delivery Date
If you want your order to be delivered on a special date in the future, you may enter this date in the Special Instructions area in the checkout process. We will do our best to ensure your order arrives by your requested day. If your order is standard shipping, we cannot guarantee delivery on a specific day. If you want to ensure a specific delivery date, again we highly recommend you use our overnight service so that we dispatch in accordance with your delivery date.
Shipping and Delivery Schedule
This is our cool weather schedule. Your zone may change slightly to accommodate our summer shipping schedule. Our summer dates run from 15 May to 1 September each year. For warm weather and any places warmer than 75 degrees Fahrenheit, again we recommend overnight services. Standard Overnight is advisable to ensure product will be in perfect condition and you may choose this option in your shipping cart. Saturday delivery
We can deliver your order on a Saturday. You can choose this option in your shopping cart. This service is only available for selected locations.
Warm Weather Shipping
If your order is due for delivery to a warm destination (above 75 degrees Fahrenheit), we use gel packs for insulation to ensure your chocolates arrive in excellent condition. We may hold your order to ensure that it arrives in perfect condition and isn’t held in a warehouse over a weekend. If your order is traveling to zone 3 or zone 4, it is best to place your order either Monday or Tuesday if you want it to be sent immediately during the summer months.

Order Tracking
If you give us your email address when ordering, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number for your order. The email will contain an order number and a Fedex tracking number for you to track your order.

Allow up to 10 business days for the preparation of custom and large orders.

Holiday ordering schedule
If you live in a warm climate destination, you can only have your chocolates shipped via overnight. Standard shipping does not apply.
